Very happy to earn my 2nd "Ironman" status for my both my sophomore and freshman years by having 100% attendance at our spring semester 6:30am lifting program. Great job to my fellow teammates for all their awards given today. @_MTDawgPound @canes77.

It has been a long but typical summer day for me. Wake up at 7 am .8 am -1 0 am HS Team Lifting = Chest Day .10:30 am - 3:30 pm Job #1 @ The Pallet Guys rebuilding wood pallets in an old chicken barn. 4 pm - 5:30 pm Lifting w/ Older Brother = Leg day! .6 pm - 7 pm Dinner with.
