The last couple of days at Mastodon have been refreshingly pleasant compared with the mostly doomscrolling I’ve done here for the last few years. Interesting, witty, kind, and brilliant folks. Not that those folks aren’t here too, but they get lost in the ads, promos, and noise.

I hear plenty about Twitter’s new CEO without following him. So I unfollowed him. It took two tries hitting the unfollow button for it to take. (As in: twice I had to hit the Following button, then the Unfollow link, which made the link go away.) Anyone else have this experience?.
