Think I want today to start again! I have learnt the simple act boiling an egg and making toast is in actual fact a lot harder than it sounds when you decide to walk away from the kitchen and do a quick email check! Cereal it is.

Today is a day where the head hurts jumping from one business area to another. So far it has been annual reporting, committee planning, digital transformation, modern apprenticeships and risk management. All whilst the clock decides it is on a go slow day!

Did you know that CLD Youth Services work with young people in high schools across West Lothian? 📢 This term we are delivering mental health support to S3 pupils, working with S2/3 pupils on resilience, delivering sexual health inputs & supporting seniors with exam stress 👏🏽‼️
