Morale at an all time low in the ambulance service, staff leaving in droves, no confidence in the system… I feel for my old colleagues at times like this and cannot believe this thread!
Why (WHY) am I looking at a case where it's allegedly misconduct that the paramedic didn't attempt to gain IV access when they arrived on scene with a patient who the doctor in attendance had already declared to be dead? Who drafts this nonsense?

Another weekend - another conversion. This one had been done elsewhere previously & needed redoing! Now fitted out with @Redtronic lighting and @RSG_Engineering MCS32 control system. Half way through completion currently!

NHS ambulance services tweeting new born baby pictures. In my opinion it's just not right. It's a lovely moment and one as a clinician to celebrate. But I dont think it should be put out on social media Maybe I'm in the minority though

Someone did an “oopsie” no issues with our mobile repair service attending out of hours & fitting a temporary replacement to keep the vehicle on the road till a replacement can be sourced or this repaired!
