@parkrunUK I joined my son @NICKHUNT77 for our regular park run this morning along with another 1115 parkrunners at the @Root44parkrun run #349 South Africa and coincidentally we both ran our 3rd fastest times for this our 4th year on this route. @parkrun @parkrunSA Happy Days....👍

Torrin Theron started parkrun at Root 44 where she was Event Director from 2013. She then supported Western Cape as Regional Ambassador before stepping down to further her studies. She's now the Winelands parkrun Ambassador and now has 300 volunteer credits! 🌳 #loveparkrun
