everything "by the book". Pity that Mr Chambers & Mr Harvey, who had reassigned Letby, didn't step in when Brearey/Jayaram went rogue but Chambers invited to be relocated out of the CoCh & Harvey retired. Did they foresee it all coming out in the trial. It didn't but has now.

Lucy was reassigned to the Risk & Patient Safety office when she heard from her confidant a collapse had occurred. She may have used this to get her nursing job back. Her boss made a complaint to the management. How catty. Management wanted to use her qualities on Datix & doing

Letby was doing her job cot-side of baby K. A check with the medical record would have revealed the facts. Brearey knew the chart had been doctored with deletion of the doctor prominent in 7 cases yet he & RJ piqued police interest. Oh, yes was that doctor cross-examined along

The question is what made police go from stone cold to boiling hot after years having passed with no evidence of foul play? Letby wasn't going anywhere & a proper investigation into the latest news, albeit late in the day had to be checked out. It wasn't since we have learned.

poor performance of the CoCh. Surely police knew the reason why deaths/collapses had stopped & the reason why CoCh downgraded. It was because Letby reassignment & her custom of using Datix. It had to.

coincided with her reassignment to Risk & Safety Office. She would have had a field day had the service continued. Was that the only means to get the Trust to act to close it down? Of course it couldn't continue without Letby without a downgrade providing more evidence of the

don't stick around for 2 years at CoCh & certainly don't lodge a Grievance when her competence was in question & upheld. Monitors couldn't even be appointed to keep an eye on her & consultants didn't up their act from2 rounds a week.Changes made to CoCh level of practice

Not enough was said of Letby QIS qualification & why she was alleged to be always there. The RCPCH reported gaps in rotas & that was when she was flexible. Nurses had 2 or 3 babies to care for & Letby also trained juniors more that others. 7 shifts to her 25. "Serial killers"

Amongst those thousands of documents one would expect medical record of baby K. "But Ravi Letby called you & awaiting your arrival & meantime keeping an eye on baby K - what do you say about that? Yes - the parents. 28 of them police notified being part of the case. 21 upset.

1/2. 7 months ago Cheshire Police were hitting out at 'ill-informed' and 'insensitive' critics of the Lucy Letby investigation, seemingly using the parents as a shield to deflect criticism of their investigation.

If that is so then it was so prior to any prosecution & so it was a cover up but of what? Of the doctor who was responsible for his sister's care? Something the family was involved in outside the family? Kids could have been spared but killing kiddies is evil. So unnecessary.

after an urgent appointment made by a 111 operator. The hospital that took her in & put her on a drip. She was in dreadful pain after awaiting a delayed gallbladder removal. Brought forward there & then. Jumped the waiting list. A close thing.

I wondered if a chart was displayed in CoCh back in 2015-2016 what that said or what a chart now says displayed in CoCh in comparison to the one I saw that I know the care was good from times I personally got treated & who had saved life of my wife with sepsis

Saw a list displayed in our local hospital displaying findings by CQC. A whole lot of room for improvements. A chart full of them. One stood out a finding of good - that was for CARE. Is this the best CQC can do. Why not a better description. Fair being one or even Poor.

the jurors heads so when a point was won jury wasn't able to spot it. Anyway, jurors should have been alerted to what to look out for & C was a opener & J. Jackson was right & yes, jury should have been wary & hold a bias towards Dr Evans during the whole trial.

Letby & an example of what J. Jackson had warned about. Surely during the trial the Court became aware of other examples during Myres cross-examination. Dr Evans was the strong case against Letby but also the weakest. May be Myres cross examination was too subtle & went over

Justice Jackson email to the trial judge was raised in Court & the jury allowed to decide not only prosecution evidence but also their expert. Dr Evans evidence of murder baby C, the x-ray taken 12th. Jury heard Letby was not at work on 12th. So this was not evidence against

Thought the idea was to relieve GP's of paper work so that they saw more patients but they can't if surgeries are empty. Has a target been set which GP's are using literally to reduce the number that otherwise they could manage to see?

Does anybody else feel uncomfortable having to explain to a Drs receptionist over the phone the reason why you want an appointment? What happened to patient confidentiality?
