Promoting the “incremental” approach in dealing with this issue is demonic and delusional. All Christians especially priests and bishops must oppose infanticide fully and unconditionally, not agree with partial/conditional allowance of murder.

Advocacy for anything but the total and complete abolition and criminalization of all “abortion” (infanticide, child sacrifice) is a sin, a rebellion against God. Those who murder children deserve the capital punishment.

Catholicity is maintaining the fullness of Truth, according to the saints, not blind allegiance to some specific local jurisdiction.
Only maintaining profession of the True and Saving Faith determines which Church is the Catholic One, not mere consensus or some top-down hierarchical decree of contemporary clerics. Even if the whole world agrees to a lie, Orthodox Christians will reject it.

It’s obvious that papism is an innovation which lacks continuity with the first millennium Orthodox Church. Ecumenical Councils called by emperors judged and even anathematized Roman patriarchs (Vigilius, Honorius), yet now the latins claim that no pope can be judged conciliarly.

Pelagianism is NOT Orthodoxy. The sacrament of baptism washes away the guilt of the original sin, giving us salvific grace which was lost by our fallen ancestors. Christ took our punishment upon Himself on the Cross to satisfy God’s justice so we could be saved.

Deniers of Jesus Christ’s Incarnation ultimately claim that the uncreated Divine Truth cannot inherently dwell in humanity. This is obviously a contradiction, since they are themselves humans claiming to make a statement with inherently dwelling truth.

We follow the holy fathers in affirming that God’s operations/energies (such as His power, goodness, and judgment) “extend beyond the ages”, are “innumerable” and of “ineffable majesty”, yet they are not His essence, as it “remains beyond our reach”, while they “come down to us”.

Papism is basically humanist atheism. They openly deny having knowledge of God’s truth.

@papism101 @superxtianmario The saints have never taught the heresy of Florentine "filioque". St. Maximus gives a great witness as to what the Latin fathers really meant, and it's not what was later declared at Florence. Your sect maliciously misinterprets the saints to fit an ahistorical narrative.

@thaddeusthought God’s forgiveness is not unconditional. God forgives only those who ask Him for forgiveness, He teaches us to do the same.

@AllanRuhl @ElijahElishaRap @Alex_Ortodoxie Great example of the Orthodox ecclesiology in the 1st millennium – popes judged and anathematized by Ecumenical Councils proving that no bishop no matter the perceived importance of his jurisdiction is above reproach.

@OrthodoxNev You’re not reading the Bible properly. We are commanded to judge with righteous judgment [1] people’s hearts according to their words and actions [2]. The final destination of heretics is also revealed - saint Paul teaches that they do not inherit the Kingdom of God [3].

@friendofGod325 Pan-Orthodox Councils in the 1st millennium were called “Ecumenical” because they were gathered by emperors and the entire Roman empire was present. Now there’s no empire, so pan-Orthodox Councils don’t call themselves “Ecumenical” anymore. It was merely a geographical title.

Papists claim that without a pope there can be no unity of faith or epistemic certainty of true doctrine. Yet papism itself is a congregation of various doctrinally competing contradictory sects which can’t agree what the “correct interpretation of the magisterium” even is.

The saints teach that we unite with God (such as through faith, sacraments, and good works) not according to nature, but according to grace.
