🎉🎉After two years of youth-driven effort, Ashland City Council unanimously passed policy to incentivize all electric construction in new homes. Thank you to our communities and partners for taking action for climate and clean air, this would not be possible without you.

Following a nearly 2-year-long campaign led in part by Ashland High students, the City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to approve the 1st reading of an ordinance imposing fees to discourage installation of gas appliances in new residential construction.
