ND gets benefit of ACC games as P4 leagues go to bigger schedules with fewer nonconference slots. Gets access to ACC bowls as football independent. Got a landing spot in COVID season with full ACC slate. Odd to blame ACC here as it ultimately aids ND's fb-independent operation.
Pete Bevacqua is a smart guy and I get his frustration but to point the finger at the ACC is crazy. They didn’t randomly choose to single out ND. They played a game vs each other! And because the committee chose NOT to compare them, the ACC had no choice but to focus on it.
