This is how you build a program for all sports. Nobody has complained their kids were to fast. Also I have seen an emphasis on running kids longer slower conditioning like gasses instead of building athletic speed. This below is how you do it.
The flys were flying! Great intent and effort by all today as we continue to emphasize measurable and meaningful performance indicators in our district wide training programs and future planning! Having technology to assist is essential.
