Hmm, they just out out a new trailer for Rage Bound and it seems you can play as, and join forces, with a Kunoichi from the Black Spider clanš¤š¤. Interesting since the Black Spider Clan & Hyabusa clan have historically been enemies.

PSA for all my beat em up bros: the Astro city mini cab is marked down to $54.99 on limited runs site. It may be the 2 player version but itās awesome to be able to own Revenge of Dearh adder on something that has hdmi out & can use diff controllers via the Magic-ns!.

And for my hardcore Ranger fans out there, this game has the distinction of being the only action/adventure PR game that has a playable Battleizer! Again, super fun game & Im so hyped that itās not lost to time & I can play it on a modern setup with a much better controller!.

In fact, while itās obviously not as slick as Ritaās Rewind, the game structure is very similar: action stage, vehicle stages, megazord battles. Plus the combo & meter system is a LOT of fun! Donāt go in expecting Sengoku 3, but again, way more depth than youād expect!.

I know for most this is kind of a āwho cares, itās just a plug n playā, but the amount of work thatās gone into makin this possible cant be understated, and as a plug n play game, this thing has a lot more thought put into it than youād & it oozes arcade vibes.

Super excited to finally have the SPD Plug n Play preserved via Mame & the amazing work of @MameHaze & the other devs involved in making this happenā¦. This is seriously surreal to have this up & running on my cab and a dream come true!

Pretty annoyed that thereās no physical release of Double Dragon 1 Arcadeā¦ Evercade released a technos collection cat & it had Arcade DD 2 & Arcade DD3 (!?!?) but no Arcade DD1 š©š©š©.

This man knows what heās talking about. I keep seeing stuff about āthis isnāt double dragonā on video comments & the like, and the truth is there really isnāt a game thatās quintessentially double dragon since every game plays different bar arcade 1 & 2.
I'm going to be honest here. There's been a lot of this sentiment about other games in the series. Neon, Gaiden, DD4 even. Double Dragon lost any identity it had a long time ago. If Revive is fun to play, I'll give it the regards it deserves just as I have any other good DD game.
