It would be arrogant for me to think I've solved the 3D Sonic/momentum level design issue, but I think I'm getting close! Here's some footage of the level design for #DarkOlive's first stage and the beginnings of an open-zone area.
100% agree about the level design, Matt. I LOVE the movesets of so many of these projects, and they show me what I've seen in my head for years! But the truth is, no one has yet cracked how to pair this with any usable level design that would accessible and intuitive.
