9) I have been a @britishairways Gold card holder in the past. When @UnitedAirlines Lost my case from Edinburgh I was 3 hours drive away and they had my case with me within 24 hours. Mistakes happen, but with @Hub_BAService you won’t get any help resolving it.

8) have ba apologized, sent my family some money so we could get clothes or anything helpful? Nothing, they don’t respond to emails they don’t seem to care that they kidnapped my case 7 days ago and ruined my holiday and the wedding we attended.

7) so now they tell me I will get my bag couriered to me by Thursday - 7 days after my case arrived in Rome. I am not convinced it will come. Any courier could have gotten my bag to me by Friday last week.

6) read receipts show me answering within 30 mins of missing a call. But remember I already gave them the info of where I would be.

5) my case didn’t turn up on Monday. I WhatsApped and emailed. Ominous silence. Tuesday I got a WhatsApp saying I didn’t respond to the WhatsApp message quickly enough so they didn’t send the bag.

4) Friday I got a WhatsApp saying my case would not be delivered Friday. I confirmed on WhatsApp within 30 mins of getting the message that I would be at a second hotel on Monday (I had already given the dates of my 2 hotels at the airport).

3) The BA lost luggage representative promised me my bag would be couriered by Saturday as she could see my case was arriving in Rome that evening.

2) On Thursday morning I landed at Rome airport on a BA flight. Unfortunately I was told my case didn’t make the plane. I was attending a wedding Saturday.

I really like that in Scotland stuff works. I went to a&e today with broken ribs, seen in 30 mins. No pot holes getting there. Daughter’s class sizes are small. Scotland’s waterways and beaches are amongst the cleanest in Europe. Broken England is obvious when you move.

Because I can’t help myself. I have reported the broken street sign on the Creran Loop to Argyll and Bute council who have agreed to remove it. It’s been broken for at least 5 years.

And all 4 (SNP, Con, Indi and Green) in Oban North and Lorn are terrible at Social Media….

I guess it underlines the importance of responding to residents. I have never met an SNP or Green politician but I now have a pretty negative impression.
