Another great day at Alpaca Therapy. The young people worked on communication skills and the alpacas done something completely out of their comfort zone. The alpacas required lots of reassurance and encouragement. The young people done a brilliant job. @KeenanShelley

I'm an NHS mental health doctor. I was a mental health patient. When I was unwell I felt like ending it all. But it was a mental health nurse who helped to save me. Make no mistake, mental health nurses are lifesavers like physical health nurses & deserve the same recognition.

This is what we need to see more of. As a training GP, we rightly experience and work in a range of specialities. How many hospital speciality doctors experience and work in primary care? A very interesting and possible future concept #nomoresilos
@DrPeterWeeks1 I’m an ED Cons, spent a day working with a local GP last year. Sat in for a while then saw a few patients myself (with GP discussion) which was a real eye opener! Out of my comfort zone! Called it a few hours CPD to boot. Would recommend to ED colleagues for sure.
