As I get back into riding my bike again, it's surprising to me how much I change positions and stand up in just 12 min. I’m using aero. chat to record and optimize. This will make me more efficient if I can maximize the time I spend in the position with the least amount of drag.

It’s not always as simple as just lower your head.
A closer look at @millarmind ‘s head positions. Lowering your head is more aerodynamic because it closes the gap between your face and your forearms/hands, but there is a delicate balance between head positions, helmet selection and forearm angle/hand position.
