Well then Jerry is an idiot. It’s not a business deal in 1960. Contracts have details and need pen to paper and we can’t pretend that Jerry is the victim here.
Jerry Jones bought the Cowboys by shaking hands with Bum Bright. Micah Parsons committed to a contract extension with Jerry on a handshake. When Parsons reneged, Jerry decided Parsons would never again wear the star on his helmet. If Jerry can’t trust you, you’re done.

My favorite thing about uniform releases is the marketing team coming up with how the new jerseys were inspired by/reflect the grit, work ethic and/or history of a city—as if that was the reason they came to be.

In the NFL, there’s an unwritten rule that teams don’t claim waived/injured players. It’s a courtesy so the original team can stash them on IR without losing them. 31 teams respected that with #Rams OL Willie Lampkin. The #Eagles (Howie Roseman) broke tradition and claimed him.

There's a pending grievance over Micah Parsons's 2025 fifth-year option salary. The Cowboys have made the designation at DE, which would put the number at $21.324 million. Parsons believes he's an LB, at $24 million.

It cannot be overstated how much Belichick set this franchise back as its top exec. His final 5 drafts may have been the most disgustingly display of drafting I’ve ever seen. Of those 5 drafts combined, less than 10 players remain and that includes 3-4 players who could be cut.

Johnny Wilson played 16 games last year.
Tough news for #Eagles WR Johnny Wilson. He is having season ending surgery reportedly on his knee and ankle. Second straight year he has had injuries and I think GM Howie Roseman made trade for WR John Metchie with feeling Wilson was injury prone.
