Work on #NomadTrilogy continues as always but this past week we got out from the dark of the editing room and onto the road, as we shot a scene for the second film CENTER DIVIDE. Will, Sam, both Dante’s and myself crammed in car making magic. See some of the action below, thanks.

Long considered you a universe warrior. Like Hemingway, not concerned with taking a nice social stance but rather interested into digging into something deeper. As filmmakers we don’t want niceness we want something raw, something true. I can appreciate the frustration.

Reminiscing today about this film, @BruceDern. Remembering how while shooting Mt. Tam I made a silly mistake and shot after the fog cleared, it’s much less a mountain and a spectacle in the sun!

Steve Fowler and I went to high school together, he introduced me to some of the jazz greats. Last night he introduced me at Occidental Center for the Arts for a screening of “Prairie Trilogy.” One of the best stops on the tour, just great response and discussion afterwards.

Spoke with Mark Fishkin yesterday about a number of things including the film @LifeandNothing. It is one of the more important movies I’ve seen in years in America. It’s not bullshit. It’s a hardball movie and a terrific film about a young single mother and her son in Florida.
