Clarification: Luc’s score was the best ever at this International competition, in the Over 16 boys category, by a Scottish Athlete. Previous best was set by Joel McFarlane.

Luc represented Scotland at Schools Pentathlon International in Emirates Arena. In the Over 16 Boys, he came away with an Individual Bronze medal, Team Silver medal, 3 PB’s in 60mH, 200m & 800m, plus a points PB of 3712 points = new Scottish Champs Best! Narrowly missed the win.

Very happy for our son Luc to be invited to join the National Athletics Academy. He loves this sport and is focused on seeing where it can take him. So many opportunities ahead for him to explore and grow through the sport. Congratulations to the other athletes invited.
