This is the hard thing. I generally do not ask for help for myself, but at the request (and demand) of several in my circles...this was created for me and is my official go fund me. https://t.co/EgUtn0MY0K

No! I wanted to comment on someone's post and my feed refreshed and now I can't remember who it was. Also, I should be studying for Monday's exam, but my brain wants nothing to do with ir

I mentioned to my health insurance, landlord, and utilities that because of the shutdown it's interfering with my income. Pretty much got told "well what do you want us to do about it?" I swear a certain group of people just live in a distinctly different reality. 🙄

1. This is not credentialism 2. You followed this up with a second tweet which explains why the neurosurgeon is correct. Is this post for clout...or....what?
Credentialism is funny because being a neurosurgeon here is supposed to say “listen to me I’m a very smart brain doctor” but in reality neurosurgeons are not really involved in dementia screening and in fact would be annoyed if you try to get them to see someone with dementia lol

When I had my cancer surgery, the first phone call I received from work wasn't to ask how I was doing. They wanted to know when I was coming back. Business do not care about you. You are replaceable and they only care about their own pockets over your well-being
@angel_0f_deathx I work in retail and we just had a meeting discussing the loss of SNAP benefits. And the entire meeting was about how it's going to impact the business. Not a single word but how it's going to impact people.

Casual reminder. DOs and MDs go through the same training. As DOs, we take the COMLEX and can also take USMLE optionally. DOs have an 86% Step 1 pass rate (vs 89%), a 96% Step 2 pass rate (vs 98%), and a 91% Step 3 pass rate (vs 96%) The only difference is we have OMM training
@DrDiGiorgio You’re a DO. Congrats on underachieving.

"Oh yeah! Well some patriot donated 130M+ to the military to make sure they get paid." There's something like 1.4M active duty service members, around 1-1.1M of them are enlisted. What's $130 divided by 1?

We have studies on worse healthcare outcomes among Black Women, but people get unreasonably upset and pushback against it when you point it out to them
The fact that wealthy Black women and their babies have worse health outcomes than poor white women should tell you that class reductionism can not work. Oppression existed before capitalism. Kyriarchy is real. All forms of oppression must be simultaneously dismantled.

I don't know. Why are $400-500k worth of loans difficult to pay off when you pay residents less than minimum wage while charging them between 7-9% interest on those loans? Also..."why do we have a perpetual nursing and physician shortage?"
@RndmStreetMedic @HISWAYismyWAY Then why do you retards keep bitching about student loan debt? If a degree is so great, and you do so much better than a six figure job in the trades. Why hasn’t your student loan debt been paid off yet?
