River wakes up, startled. “Ah!” They instinctively yelp, sitting up at full alert and looking around themself for any threat. They pause when they see Wilford’s…robot…automaton…thingy. “…does Wil know you’re here?”

They do appreciate the personal space, though they’re sure that’s more for his comfort than theirs. They sigh. “I had a nightmare.” That’s all the detail they’d like to go into with him. It’s honestly further than they really wanted to say, anyway.
