Update: got the call from the vet yesterday, results came in from the lab, the pup has a clean bill of health!!
My best friend had surgery yesterday so I took the day off work today to hang out with her. 10 out of 10 day, zero regrets.
Now hoping for good news when the phone call comes in with results about the dreaded c-word.

If UMass Amherst wins this, it's an absolute travesty that fans won't be able to go. Not blaming Hockey East or anyone, just Covid in general. Some of those games the past few years have been the best atmosphere of any regular season sporting event I've ever been to.

Not how you want it to end, but like basketball they had an improbable run that gave us something to enjoy during a time when we needed exactly that. A 7 seed winning 3 games, including beating the 1 and 2 seeds to get here. Disappointed in the end result but proud of the effort.
