Is there a market out there for luxury to be made available in 10 mins?.--> Definitely!. But, Luxury's biggest Q-Commerce challenge isn't competition — it's availability !. Consistent stockouts damage premium positioning and drive customers to competition brand or platform!. 5/n.

So I looked for data and derived insights from Zepto x Delhi NCR:. 1⃣ International luxury brands command genuine premium pricing (₹30/ml+) through decades of brand equity. And almost no discounting -- rare to see it being enforced in Zepto 😂 #iykyk. 3/n.

I had completely forgotten to arrange a gift for my Rakhi sister. Thx to QCom, I did the laziest yet most reliable thing—ordered a perfume she loves!. Except… finding the right one wasn’t easy. Even within the super-premium/luxury category, availability was hit or miss. 2/n.

Sunday Run 🏃‍♂️ Day . Warm up run to station —> train to SoBo —> run around the original Fort —> slide into the long run route from NCPA to Shivaji Park. Short bursts of rain helped to cool down!.So much fun — no place like this route to run in Mumbai ❤️

Already seeing first signs of QuickCom apps like Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto taking share of festive spends. Cousins and friends saying: we shall order on the app , why worry about Rakhi now!. Very different from the planned purchases that would happen , or the last min visits to.
