The paper I put it in a 2-inch three ring binder, divider with pocket so that I can put a piece of paper in the pocket stating exactly what's going on then I turn around and I also do that in the word document so I write it out three different times right then and there.

This means I have reformatted my printer five times in 2 days and all my print jobs are still getting canceled. Just awesome means after swapping equipment both modem and router that I got last night. I just bought a new phone 2 weeks ago so I'm using two phones as well.
