Since I disconnected my @virginmedia box in disgust/ protest at their response to my response to 60% increase in my monthly payment, I've discovered 2 things - one, I've been a customer for nearly 20 years (there's recognition of loyalty for you) and two, I don't miss TV at all.

2/2.I’m very concerned for the welfare of any remaining @virginmedia staff.I’ve been trying to contact a human being to ask why my monthly charge has gone up by 60% when the notification was saying an 8% increase.But there’s no one there; do they need @Ofcom to go in and rescue?.

1/2.Dear @Ofcom please investigate .It is my firm belief there are no human beings left @virginmedia .it has been taken over by Bots and AI (idiocy).Emails are from ‘donotreply’; texts from ‘no reply’ accounts; web contact is a mindless loop; please rescue remaining staff ASAP.
