2/2 I’m very concerned for the welfare of any remaining @virginmedia staff I’ve been trying to contact a human being to ask why my monthly charge has gone up by 60% when the notification was saying an 8% increase But there’s no one there; do they need @Ofcom to go in and rescue?

1/2 Dear @Ofcom please investigate It is my firm belief there are no human beings left @virginmedia it has been taken over by Bots and AI (idiocy) Emails are from ‘donotreply’; texts from ‘no reply’ accounts; web contact is a mindless loop; please rescue remaining staff ASAP
