[Updated with Chart] College textbook prices declined -0.7% in March from Feb. CPI data. Textbooks remain in deflation at -4.8% over the last 12 months compared to an increase of +1.2% in tuition & fees and a +4% increase in school housing, while overall CPI jumped to +3.5%.
