I finally did it 🥹 a solo EMMY. I came here in October of 19’ as a do anything…be anything for the team. 4.5 years later, I won a solo EMMY for “Sports Reporter” .There are so many talented men and women working in sports, I am speechless. Enjoying the ride.

I understand there's a lot of discussion happening right now but really it's pretty simple to me. This is much, much bigger than football. These people are HUMAN BEINGS and what happened tonight is really scary. Hoping for the best news possible.

#Falcons head coach Raheem Morris kept it very brief in his postgame press conference. Nothing about football. Solely thoughts and prayers for Morice Norris and his family as well as the decision to move forward not playing this game that it was the "right thing to do.".

ICYMI: there is no reason for me to show the play out of respect for the player and his family. The Falcons - Lions game has been suspended after Lions DB Morice Norris suffered a serious injury to the head/neck area. He was taken off the field in an ambulance.

The announcement that the game has been suspended just happened. Thinking of everyone on both teams tonight, but most importantly Morice Norris and his family.

I’ve never, ever seen anything like this in my life. Sobering. Heavy. Absolutely massive kudos to both teams who seemed to have agreed not to continue this game.

I’m crying. The players are letting the clock run out and standing together praying for Morice Norris. This is unbelievably powerful.

Need every positive thought and prayer for Morice Norris possible, right now.
