It’s currently cheaper for us to fly to cities in Spain, Austria and Hungary. Enormously frustrating. How many people who don’t have access to a car just don’t see anyone over Christmas and New Year, unless friends and relatives drive to see them? 🤔

“Due to overcrowding, it’s unsafe for us to run our trolley service”. A heaving @GWRHelp service Bristol to London as it’s the first off peak of the day. Perhaps if fares were more affordable, passengers could be better spread? If it’s not cost, why else is this service so busy?
