i’m not a sonic.exe fan but y’all do too much with sonic.exe’s design LOL. you can’t add too many bells and whistles to a horror cartoon character, keep it classy

eggman is too smart for his own good. he injects his machines with so much life and autonomy that it always winds up backfiring on him. he’s SUCH a lonely coot that he chooses to make his creations as human as possible, but the reality will always be: everyone HATES eggman.
If you think about it. Some of Eggman creations were more than a "just a machine or creation" and they were always something more. There was always some feeling, some conflict, something beyond their purpose

also. his two most important creations that people want him to treat like his kids?. it’s an action figure and a doll. yeah it’s not subtle how he’s meant to be the “puppet master” so to speak
reminder eggman is a horrible person who should realistically be manipulating/oppressing his sentient creations who should generally hate him in return. we like to joke about sonic being a deadbeat but somehow eggman being a terrible father is too far LMAO.

side note it’s always been strange to me that people would genuinely rather believe SONIC (the kindest, most attentive, wisest, and gentle person) would be generally a worse father than EGGMAN (the cruelest, most self-centered, most foolish, and brash person).
