The PC version of SA2 suffered from numerous issues related to analog input, having huge deadzones and small range for fine-tuning, balancing on rails is nearly impossible to be done properly. Fortunately, with SA2 Input Controls Mod (by @shaddatic) these issues are fixed.

No. Shadow hates what his past represents but he still holds Maria close to his heart. We literally had this art from Sonic Team of Japan a few months ago. Moving on and not letting those people define his existence does not mean he loathes them at all.
Shadow at this point chooses his own path in life and hates his past which means he pretty much means he hates Maria and Gerald. He literally does his last wish and throws away a picture of them to show it. He even say bye to his past life because it’s a new life he lives now.

They literally describe the fundamental of good sonic level design, that being to replay the levels in order to get a better understanding and go faster, and then claims it’s a flaw in the games design . This is legit why I can’t take journalists seriously lmao.

Sonic Team literally admitted the game was rushed and given that only 130 people worked on it it was clearly under budgeted.
Sega didn’t rush Frontiers. Sonic Team was given a reasonable amount of time to complete the game, even a full extra year. Sonic is just a very complicated character to transition into an open world environment, and they had to spend a lot of time figuring out what worked.
