So here’s a bit of unsolicited advice: as unpopular as it is to say, #Covidisnotover and the new strain of #CovidEris is nasty. Mine started with a sore throat, headache and then flu type exhaustion but still didn’t test positive for another day. However, 15hrs later… 1/

My husband, barely conscious, whispered “love you” to his son. The words were so faint, I had to translate, holding the iPad as his son wept. A week later, he died in hospice. But they had to say goodbye to valued colleagues over wine, because it was only right. #Partygate

2) This is one of the many unseen aspects of raising a child with a disability (or multiple disabilities in Adam's case.) It's not just the day to day caring part, it's the paperwork, the arguing with local authorities, the legal aspect, the DLA applications and appeals...

Cried buckets watching the funeral today, particularly watching Her Majesty sitting alone. I remember doing that and it’s intensely isolating. My heart goes out to her, not as Monarch but as bereaved wife.

@CoRMirfield I will pray for the whole group and particularly the woman with beautiful purple/red hair. I was ordained with tri-colour rainbow hair and while reactions were mixed, many people found it to be a talking point that made me more accessible.

It’s today! It’s today! It’s today! Because I’d recovery from surgery, I haven’t seen my beautiful son in five endlessly long weeks. But today, there will be hugs….and tears…and more hugs.

And no, I’m not “a woman priest” or “a lady priest” or a “priestess” or a “lady vicar” or a “woman vicar” - I’m just a priest and a vicar and a chaplain. One who sometimes gets it right, often gets it wrong, but isn’t now and never should be defined by my gender. #JustAPriest25

@AngelaTilby Women being sexually assaulted and raped while the perpetrator is allowed to get away with seemingly anything by virtue of his fame is not trivial. This is a repeating theme on recent years, famous men walking free, leaving women’s lives destroyed in their wake.

Adam has no idea today is Mothering Sunday because he doesn't have the intellectual capacity, and as he isn't in school right now, there is no one to remind him or help him make a card; since his dad has died, he doesn't have that assistance either...

@SendUnsend @ScottCJonesy Of course it’s an ugly tweet. Sadly some people choose to do that on Twitter, behind the protection of a screen without either knowing or facing the person concerned. Thankfully, I’m not remotely bothered by his opinion of me and happy to entirely dismiss it!
