I'm praying for the victims, their families, and the first responders. The state of Texas officials have a right to be upset at Trump after the devastating and unwarranted cuts he and DOGE made at NWS.
Texas is blaming the NWS for the weather changing from the original forecast. The 3 satellites that DoD stopped allowing NOAA to access data from on June 30, were specifically designed to monitor rapid intensification like what occurred. If you want to point fingers, start there.
