🎞️ SIZZLE REEL: Dems in Disarray From the View (the oracles of left-wing wine moms) to resistance podcasters to LGBTQI activist Harry Sisson, the left is melting down over Democrats abandoning their kamikaze shutdown mission. Chuck Schumer's political career may be over.

I had a great time chatting with high school students today at Racine Unified’s See Your Future Expo at Park High School. I am always impressed by our students’ thoughtful questions and feedback about the issues that are most important to them.

Full FoodShare payments should be made to nearly 700,000 Wisconsinites who depend on them. FoodShare members should see the full November amount on their QUEST card. Wisconsinites in need of additional food or resources can still call 211.
Full November FoodShare benefits are now available on all QUEST cards. ➡ Check your balance: Call 877-415-5164 ➡ Get the latest information: https://t.co/8faNsFjoQ2

We know partially funding SNAP benefits through November does not go far enough. Many Wisconsinites will still face difficulty accessing the food they need. We’ve been on the ground working with local food banks and other community organizations to support our neighbors in need.

Targeting Planned Parenthood was a harmful attempt by Trump to take away healthcare and reproductive services from people. I’m grateful services resumed and Wisconsinites will again have access to essential care.

Kids, families and elderly people will go hungry if they don't get their SNAP benefits this week. The Trump Administration must abide by this ruling and direct the USDA to immediately begin processing November benefits for people across the country.
BREAKING: Judges order the federal government to use contingency funds for SNAP food aid payments during the shutdown.

Keep reaching out to your congresspeople to tell them to extend the ACA tax credits and reopen the government.

Democrats know that people deserve better and that’s why we’re fighting to lower the cost of living, increase access to affordable healthcare coverage, and ensure people can do more than just get by.

Wisconsinites will see a major spike in the cost of their health care coverage if the Affordable Care Act tax credits are not extended. And this is no accident — Trump and Congressional Republicans intentionally cut these subsidies earlier this year.
BREAKING: According to new data from @wisconsinoci, if Republicans fail to extend enhanced Affordable Care Act tax credits, Wisconsinites are going to pay hundreds, thousands, or even tens of thousands more dollars a year for their healthcare coverage. This is really bad, folks.

I will continue to use every avenue to advocate and fight for the people in my district, and am grateful that we have joined this lawsuit to allow the release of funds.

It is simply cruel that the federal government would allow nearly 270,000 children across our state - 14,000 of them in Racine County - to lose access to food assistance. https://t.co/w5jhxAf2h8

Wisconsin has joined a multistate lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s refusal to release federal food assistance funds, or SNAP.

This is indefensible, and Democrats will continue fighting against the GOP’s chaos. I’m glad Governor Evers and Attorney General Kaul are taking action to protect Wisconsin families.

I want to make it perfectly clear that there is an option on the table to feed families for another month, and the Trump Administration is refusing to use available federal funding to extend food assistance into November.

In just a few days, nearly 700,000 Wisconites, including more than 260,000 children, will lose access to FoodShare benefits - essential food necessities.
BREAKING: We’re fighting against the Trump Administration’s decision not to use available federal funding to help ensure millions of Americans—including nearly 700,000 Wisconsinites—continue have access to food necessities during the government shutdown. https://t.co/ALbQaBQZZb
