12% of working age individuals in CO has a disability. Those w/ a disability are 30% less likely to be employed than peers w/o. I'n many cases, this occurs b/c hiring processes screen ppl out b4 they have an opportunity to share their skills. #underutilizedpopulations @the_cwdc
