Three years ago, BPC-157 changed my life. I had chronic shoulder pain from poor bench form—heavy resistance training with the wrong elbow angle. I could still train with lighter weights, but anything under 8 reps was out of the question. I didn’t want to take time off and lose.

In a sprint at your startup = sleep deprivation + stress + no recovery window. CJC‑1295 + Ipamorelin helps restore deep sleep and natural GH pulses—so your body actually repairs overnight, even when you’re running on fumes.

Just sent these bad boys off for testing. Peptides from an FDA-registered API manufacturer, cGMP compliant. The same stuff that comes from compounding pharmacies. Will be on the site next week. Raising the bar on quality.

RT @RegenRandy: Of course that’s your contention. You’re six weeks into your peptide journey now. You read one Reddit thread and decided BP….

What makes MOTS-c different? It's literally encoded by your mitochondrial DNA, not nuclear DNA like most peptides. This unique origin is why it has such profound effects on energy metabolism, exercise capacity, and cellular health. Coming later this week to Regenerative Research.

I was asked my take on GLP-1 micro dosing. There’s no definition of a “micro dose” but I like the idea of “MEDosing.” The minimum effective dose when it comes to retatrutide or other GLP-1s. I take just what I need to lose fat. No more. No less. I don’t crush my appetite, just.

At Regenerative Research, we raised the bar. Buy from us or don’t, just make sure you demand testing for endotoxins too. That’s the stuff that causes nasty reactions, inflammation and much worse.

@RegenRandy @AbudBakri I don’t doubt it, but research are still not regulated and inspected by the feds. It’s a liability thing for Docs and Clinics. You are the first research site that I’ve seen post your endotoxins though which is solid.

Most people shopping for research peptides focus on only purity, but there’s another test that’s just as important: endotoxin testing. Even a “99% pure” peptide can be contaminated with bacterial endotoxins (molecules found in the outer membrane of Gram-negative bacteria). These.

Tesamorelin + Retatrutide is a cheat code for reducing visceral fat. The Reta kicks your fat burning into high gear and Tesamorelin helps it chew throw the visceral fat. I reduced my android/gynoid (waist/hip) ratio from 1.25 to 1.0 and cut my belly fat percentage by 10 points

Visceral fat is dangerous, it's the fat that wraps around your organs causing disease. What's the # 1 way to fix visceral fat? . Comment your answer, and I'll give mine ☺️.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Don’t stack SS-31 and MOTS-c. Use SS-31 to repair your mitochondria. Get your engines in tip top shape, and only then kick them into overdrive with MOTS-c.

Took two mitochondrial peptides this morning. SS-31 and MOTS-C. Was too much. This is my MO. Feeling a bit agitated and cold sweat-ish. “Let’s see what the max does.” . Then realize I went too far lol. Welp.

Previous GLP-1s curb appetite. Retatrutide unlocks fat burning. By also activating glucagon receptors, it ramps up energy expenditure—especially from stored fat. Not just eat less, but burn more. That’s a game changer, and why I dose low enough to NOT crush my appetite but kick

If you’ve already used NAD+ and felt “meh” or overstimulated (some people feel awful), layering in SS-31 first and then reintroducing NAD+ often completely changes the outcome. Think of SS-31 as repairing and tuning the engine before you pour in premium fuel (NAD+).

Me: I’m just going to try one peptide and keep it simple. Also me: stacking like it’s Mr. Potato Head season. (But hey, my sleep, joints, and body composition have never been better.)

I tried an injector pen for my peptides for the first time last week. Total game changer. Much faster, no dicking with the vials each time, and I can barely feel it. Having a fresh needle not dulled by piercing the vial makes a big difference. What’s been your experience with.

SS-31 represents the cutting edge of mitochondrial medicine. By targeting cardiolipin on the inner mitochondrial membrane, it essentially tunes up your cellular power plants. Energy deficits disappear before cognitive improvements even begin.

Sleep architecture matters more than sleep duration. The CJC-1295/Ipamorelin combo increases deep slow-wave sleep by 23% in our trials. That's where tissue repair and memory consolidation happen. More efficient sleep, faster recovery. Coming soon to Regenerative Research

Toxic protein buildup is an Alzheimer’s hallmark. GLP-1s like retatrutide help clear these proteins (amyloid + tau), supporting your brain’s natural detox systems. Think of them as cellular janitors for your neurons.
