A very honest view of psychiatry from a psychiatrist. "90% of the people who enter my office are not mentally ill. They are having distressing emotional and psychological experiences. I would estimate 80% of these experiences are due to relational trauma".

Having suffered acute #antidpressant #withdrawal myself, I am now able to articulate the horrific nature of it. No newborn child can do the same. Women planning families need to know about this and be able to seek support to safely taper their AD before they become pregnant.
