Last week we engaged in dialogue with several academics. During discussing elements hindering the progress of #RecognitionRewards, an interesting and important question arose: 'How can we be creative in making hidden power mechanisms more open and transparent?'

The #RecognitionRewards culture barometer shows that in general, academics feel recognised and rewarded for the work they do. At the same time, 1/4 of respondents feel that the recognition and rewards they receive, if any, are insufficient. Read more:
