Basically add the java closed captioning system to bedrock. To streamline it, combine it with the java sound selection system and only show captioning on sounds that have their volume enabled. So ...

Redstone with Quasi! Since I want chests to empty to main storage and copper golems have amnesia this system does it all together. Flows off the unstackables (and something extra) + it leaves 1 item in the chest for the golems, so they don't forget what to put in it... 😎
