I am amazed at how many still believe this nasty legislation actually helps the poor and elderly. It does neither. It only benefits the rich Insurance companies. You can't cure stupid, I guess.

California has the 3rd lowest IQ in the country - lower than Alabama (4th) - which is one of the states they like to point out for being โstupid.โ I think giving the state to Mexico would be a net financial win for the rest of us.
