The main problem is the traffic mis-management team at Reading Borough Council. If you want congestion busting - we need a new team. Bonkers phasing of lights, many unnecessary traffic lights, bonkers junctions. Traffic always flows better when traffic lights are out. #rdguk.

Any decent Council would be going around and clearing bins and litter on a regular basis that it doesn't need reporting. The only things that should need reporting are perhaps, more obscure/hidden areas. An admission of failure by Labour. #rdguk 🤡🥀
