The U.N. has said Israel killed the workers. The video appears to contradict Israel’s version of events, which said the vehicles were “advancing suspiciously” without headlights or emergency signals.

When our investigation revealed in 2017 that the police were given a financial incentive to kill rather than arrest people, it was yet another chilling “drug war” revelation. #Duterte was asked about that. His response? Why should I pay the police extra to do their job (kill)?.
The arrest warrant is finally online: But still no ICC statement it appears. Duterte seems to be mid-way, laying-over in Dubai at this moment.
