Just to clear things up - Lyons tea is made by a UK food conglomerate in a factory outside Manchester. Barry’s tea is blended on the Tramore Road in Cork by my Uncle Sean and his buddies.

I’m always surprised this pathway isn’t used more, running alongside and under the South Ring.
With a little upgrade in lighting, signage and maintenance it’d be a great walk/cycleway linking B’town/Togher to the city centre. Must be 20,000 people living within 500m of it.

This complaint is nuts. I live in Glounthaune. FitzPatrick’s have allowed a hazardous ad-hoc car park to develop for years. The new cycle way sees safe, formal parking put in place and they are up in arms
The cycleway is an amazing amenity for the locality
