When it comes to censorious prigs trying to censor games for the reasons being given by payment processors nowadays, NCOSE's antics against Steam are far more poignant.
Scolds on the Left and Right are competitors for the same "prize." Using "institutional power" as the gauge for who's the enemy is ultimately misleading. If those WITHOUT institutional power are already causing reverberating damage in America and beyond. why wait until they DO?
