@LiveLawIndia Even stray dogs are biting citizens inside the local colonies, so why can’t the same rule be applied inside the societies?! Not everyone complains about the dog bite incidents!! Stray dogs will be given upper hand to bite and roam freely in the societies with no responsibilities!
