@DutchRojas I have to share this funny story with you from residency. At a community hospital we were rotating outside of Boston, the admin had a meeting with the 3 surgical residents about getting Foley catheters out within 48 hours after surgery. 3 admins sitting down with 3 residents.

I’ve always had the moto of no matter what I do, it’s make it seem easy. I haven’t been over stressed and always have been able to get everything done, but some people take my resilience as a slap. I don’t know how else to do it. I’ll just keep doing what I do, and make it look.

A cool feature on @exchgART or @formfunction would be to be able to set a reserve price for an auction and a buy now option on the same piece. Reserve price = what I’m willing to let this go for, but now = what I think I deserve.

The print from @adhd143 hits pretty hard. Kind of likestaring at stars at night. The longer you look, the more your eye adapts and the more details and stars you pick up. I love star gazing but that wasn’t the reason I picked up this piece. I guess the stars align. Thanks again

Getting to do the most complex breast reconstruction with my brother at my side. Even with my mask on you can see how I feel on a daily basis. I’m not usually just giggling during 6-8 hour procedure but really love this. It’s hard but this is how I feel like most of the time
