Yesterday I stood in line 20 minutes at the post office. My toddlers & I got up to the counter & we hear our card machine is broken. It’s cash only today. There’s no ATM. I now need to get my wild toddlers to the bank & back here. Here’s how I respond & what went down.

When you encounter others on a trail, offer a friendly “hello” or a nod. This helps create a friendly atmosphere. If you approach a trail user from behind, announce yourself in a friendly, calm tone. Yelling “that chipmunk stole my car keys, run for your lives” is not helpful.

Nike is prioritizing mental health with "Mind Sets" — a movement series for the mind. Developed w/ creative agency AnalogFolk, the focus is "how you feel, not what you achieve." 💪👏 It's awesome to see more brands and athletes speaking out to destigmatize mental health.
