There was an MFM attending in Med School who would buy an energy drink and hot dogs from the hospital vending machine every day for lunch. He even shouted “Machine Cuisine, everyone! It’s joyous” and it plays in my head every time I spend $20 on gummy worms & Diet Coke on call
