@rashtrapatibhvn @jhar_governor The governor has special powers under the 5th Schedule but he refuses to perform his duties under the Constitution. He has not acted on the order of the Hon'ble High Court to frame Rules under PESA 1996 nor has he amended JPRA 2001 in line with it.

@rashtrapatibhvn @jhar_governor @dc_dhanbad .Is gundaraj prevailing in Jharkhand? Why are the tribals being beaten up mercilessly by hired gundas to take possession of their lands? 'Development' has become a convenient excuse for grabbing the land of tribals by vested interests.

@jhar_governor @DC_Ranchi The Governor should take a cue from the Governor of Maharashtra who has issued a number of notifications from his own office in connection with sch.tribes & Sch.Areas.

@jhar_governor @DC_Ranchi The Governor thinks that the elected Chief Minister is accountable for Sch.Areas. He is mistaken because in the 5th Schedule he has power far exceeding that of the Chief Minister in Sch. Areas and if he fails to excercise his power he will be held responsible if he fails to act.

@jhar_governor @DC_Ranchi Supreme Court judgment in Samtha vs. The State of A.P. (1997). It held that the ministers are responsible for violation of tribal rights in Sch.Areas because officers only carry out decisions taken by ministers. Maxim: "Principal liable for acts of agent". Who will bell the cat?.

@jhar_governor @CBIHeadquarters If the prescribed procedures are not followed according to the Land Acquisition Act 2013 then as per Section 41(9) the alienation of tribal land by way of acquisition is null and void. U/s 87 of the above Act the Head of Department is liable to be proceeded against and punished.

@jhar_governor @DC_Ranchi Hemant Soren govt. is a gang of criminals who are breaking the law and are disrespecting the Supreme Court and the High Court. The CM and his ministers had taken oath to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the land but have no regard for the Constitution, laws or HC or SC.
