Edward Ewanow was arrested for the 18th time this year. He was arraigned in ROC Court, & despite his bench warrant history, he was ROR'ed. Are we helping or hurting him with NYS Catch & Release? His arrests are for Burg, PL, Public Lewdness, Trespass, CM.

You want transperancey, until you dont. Maybe you should get the transcripts from the court hearing in which the judge ordered the bracelet removed - over objections from pretrial services due to their concern for the victims safety. It is public record and you should read it.
