“Texas Tech told him they wouldn’t let him take those classes”. ??? What are they gonna do? Change his RaiderLink password and never tell him what it is? Do we know anything about college enrollment anymore? These takes get more and more baseless as this strings out.
My interpretation:. T Shannon Jr wanted to come to UM. Admissions accepted him, but told him he’d have to take a few summer classes to make it work. He said ok & was willing to do the work. Then Texas Tech told him they wouldn’t let him take those classes if he transferred.

Won’t be long until Matt is a household name and eventually a Division I coach. Very gifted, high-character guy. He just gets it.
A big part of Fardaws’ decision came down to the relationship he built with @mscherb2. Matt is as genuine as they come and Daws is a people person. Big time job by Matt on this one.
