Being #agile starts with a mindset first, and then tools/process can follow. With that said, process can open one's mind to the possibilities of exploring something new.

This reminds me. In PMM, I leverage frameworks from @SiriusDecisions ONLY as a way to guide my thinking. Overtime I need the frameworks less and less, and have come up with my own that are grounded in more of my reality. Agile practice frameworks should be treated the same way.

The more you practice being agile, exploring different frameworks and models, the sooner you get to the realization that if you aren't practicing the basics first - you're going to have a bad day. Print the agile manifesto out, and tape it to the wall. #agile

Have to agree with this one - but as others commented, this goes for ANY process or framework. If you aren't bought in on the process, it just won't work. People will always try to skirt it, game it, or displace it. #scrum #agile
I have a true love-hate relationship with #Scrum. When you're surrounded by motivated people who chose Scrum & want to achieve the best possible outcome, it can't be beaten as a way to do things IMO. When these conditions are not true, it is usually a godawful, toxic clusterfuck.
